What is Upcycling?
Upcycling, or upcycling, is to transform a product to give it a second life. We reinvent the product by diverting it from its original use.
Do you guarantee the authenticity of the articles?
All items which were used for the creation as well as the second-hand articles on the shop have been carefully examined before they are put online, guaranteeing their authenticity.
Is it possible to reserve a product ?
It is unfortunately not possible to reserve a product because all the pieces are unique.
Exception for masks by selecting the fabric of your choice on the store in the "Shop" section, "Masks", "Fabrics for mask creations".
What are the payment options available ?
The price of the products and the costs of logistics preparation and delivery are payable in full by the customer at the time of placing the Order.

What is your return policy ?
You have a period of fourteen (14) working days from the date of receipt of their order to exercise your right of withdrawal and thus return the product for refund without penalty.
The products must be returned in their original packaging, without having been used.
Return costs are the responsibility of the Customer.

The return of a mask is impossible for hygiene reasons according to the current context linked to COVID-19.
The return of Chouchou simple, with panels, is only possible if the cord and the label have not been removed.
The return of clothes and bags is not possible.
